Discovered Blue Dog Calendars several years ago in New Orleans. Nice calendar and the Blue Dog does brighten your day.

I bought the 2007 calendar and absolutely loved it. Took it in my purse everywhere I went. Loved looking at Blue Dog every time I had to schedule something. So I couldn't wait to get 2008 so I ordered it on Amazon. But it is such a disappointment. Last year's was a perfect size, had a softcover, was flexible, fit everywhere. 2008 is too big, has a huge binder that gets caught on everything, and the hardcover means it no longer fits in my purse. It's like carrying around a big hardcover book. I'm so disappointed. I won't use it. I'll buy a calendar at Borders.

I love the Blue Dog and bought this calendar mainly to keep for the collection of Dog in many different poses, 365 to be exact.

The calendar is sturdy to use or (as in my case) make as a keepsake. Included are: "My Security Blanket" where the Blue Dog is wrapped in the American Flag; "Truly Rudy", with Dog wearing reindeer antlers which was also made in notecards. "Ain't Nothing But a Hound Dog", with dog in shades standing in front of a "Bourbon Street Jazz Band of New Orleans" drum; "Dog in a Bearsuit" with dog adorable as a Blue Bear in disguise; and many more to meet any taste.

If you're like me and love the Blue Dog this is an inexpensive way to get a great collection. It's also a good functional calendar. The calendar pages are glossy and somewhat sturdy, not a cheap paper throwaway.

This is great calender to commerate the end of the Bush Presidency. Many people know Bush has said and done stupid things but you get direct quotes of pure stupidity. It's hard to believe he actually said some of the things contained in the calender. This product will keep you laughing all the way into the next presidency.

We wonder where they got the fabulous quotations of our inimitable Prez. Very funny calendar. The count down cheers us up too.

This is so funny with a quote from Bush, his aides or actions for each day counting down to his last day as President. At the same time it is frightening - is he really so stupid? How did he get to be president of the most powerful nation in the world!

Bought as a gift for xmas.... Grandma loved it and I think the rest of the family went to get their own! Was a hit!

This must be one of the best calendars I have ever owned!!! The dog pictures are either adorable or really funny! All pages come with a title and some small caption about the dogs in the picture. I am VERY happy with this item. I have had MANY calendars in my life (including other page a day ones) and I have to say this one is my favorite. Every morning when I wake up I see my page for that day and my whole day goes well. Never could be happier! I really like the calendar and the photos are great.
However, the company shipped the calendar in a manila paper envelop, this cause the the corners of the calendar got badly damaged.

At the end you get a bittersweet feeling because you like the photos and the calendar format but it's really annoying to have its corners damaged, especially because they are charging you shipping and handling.

Have bought both Wegman calendars every year for many years. Always charming and bring a smile to everyone.

I love these Calendars and will buy them as long as they are available. They cheer up my day to look at them and I receive many comments from others who come into my office.
